We women are always taking care of others and prioritizing others' health and needs more than ours. But it is essential to take care of your health first. Because If you are healthy, then your family will be happy. Here is a chance to do something for yourself.  So take this Twenty-one-day walking challenge and begin your Fitness journey. This LockDown period is the best time to do something for yourself

Procedure to participate in the challenge.

Download the Pacer App from the link  https://www.mypacer.com/organizations/we72715/invite

  and start walking.

Your Data will reach us at the end of the day automatically. (Do not forget to carry your phone while walking)

All Finishers will be awarded E-Certificate, and One with Maximum walk will get a prize.

The walk can be indoor / Terrace / or Outdoor if your society permits. It is not at all difficult; you can achieve your target easily. You can make the following changes like always walk while talking on the phone or walk to the shops nearby.
